In store transaction with tablets
The consumer logs in using their existing credentials or by scanning their loyalty card.
If the consumer is not already registered in the company's rewards program, they are given the opportunity through the Epic23 service to do so.
By logging into the rewards program, the consumer can view their available points for redemption and choose the desired prize for the draw.
When selecting the desired prize, the consumer can choose how many lottery tickets they want to redeem.
A confirmation message of the redemption appears on the tablet screen. The consumer receives a confirmation SMS message on their mobile phone.
